FIS is a private school governed locally, created and managed by the Parents’ Association (French International School Association Limited). It is linked by convention to the Agency for French Teaching Abroad, a national administrative body. The school is placed directly under the direction of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs. The FIS has two sections, French and International, managed under the responsibility of the headmaster appointed by the AEFE (Agency For French Education Abroad). Jardine's Lookout campus houses International section Reception to Year 4.
