The elementary curriculum is standards based and emphasizes learning through creative and critical thinking, and in community with others. Subjects include Bible, Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies taught by their homeroom teacher; in addition to these core subjects Chinese Language, Library, Music and Art and P.E. are taught by dedicated specialist teachers. Technology is integrated across the curriculum, and is supported by the instructional technology team. Throughout the year, students extend learning beyond the school walls taking field trips that offer interesting learning experiences and service opportunities within the local community. Elementary students may also choose to participate in a variety of after-school activities.
